Learn leanguages through theater
My name is Oana, and I’m happy to work with you to explore language learning and theater practice together. In our lessons, we’ll practice a variety of vocabulary games, dialogues, playful improvisation, and creative language activities that will help you express yourself in longer sentences and remember vocabulary more effectively.
These lessons are built on more than 10 years of experience in theater and language teaching, as well as my own journey as a language learner, acquiring new languages as an adult.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Teaching Foreign Languages and two master’s degrees: one in Linguistics from France and another focused on the Sámi language in Norway. I also have professional acting training. This blend of academic rigor and creative exploration shapes my unique approach to teaching languages through theater.
I believe that language is context-dependent and that real interaction lies at the heart of the learning journey. For me, each new language is like slipping on a fresh pair of shoes, ready to carry you into new realms of knowledge and adventure.
